I’ve been in property for nearly 20 years, initially with my own letting agency, and then building a career with one of London’s leading independent estate agencies, progressing into senior leadership. I enjoyed providing strategic and operational oversight across multiple offices, where I helped clients, teams and businesses perform at a high level. Keeping client interests at the centre of every decision has underpinned my career; providing clear guidance to private individuals, charitable trusts, and institutional investors.

I am passionate about delivering best-in-class performance for vendors and landlords, communicating next-steps with clarity to provide outstanding service. I am a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and the National Association of Estate Agents, enabling me to protect clients by promoting ethical and compliant practice, and staying ahead of regulatory and legislative changes to our industry which impact the decisions they make.

I moved to Bishop’s Stortford to raise my daughter, and in my spare time, you’ll find us making the most of everything the local area has to offer. We love days out, come rain or shine. I also enjoy outdoor pursuits, and you’ll often find me cycling across our part of the world on Sundays.

Client Money Handling Procedure

Client money relating to lettings and property management I arrange on behalf of Muvin is handled by Malthouse Lettings & Property Management Limited, trading as Malthouse Lettings & Property Management.

Client money may include rent, tenancy deposits, landlord funds, contractor payments and other money held on behalf of landlords, tenants or other clients.

Client money is not held in mine or Muvin’s own trading accounts. It is handled through Malthouse Lettings & Property Management Limited, whose client money arrangements are protected by Propertymark Client Money Protection.

Malthouse Lettings & Property Management Limited is responsible for the client account into which relevant client monies are paid and from which authorised payments are made. Client money is handled separately from business funds and in accordance with Propertymark’s Conduct and Membership Rules.

Where lettings client money is handled by Malthouse Lettings & Property Management Limited, Malthouse acts as the client money handling provider. This ensures landlord and tenant funds are handled through a protected client money arrangement rather than through mine or Muvin’s own trading account.
