I’ve been in the property industry since 2001, starting my journey with the UK’s largest estate agency before launching my own company in 2012. Since then, I’ve proudly built teams and branches across Braintree, Colchester, and Takeley, helping thousands of people across Essex and Hertfordshire move into their perfect homes.

What drives me every day is the chance to market homes in a fresh, modern way and to develop our brilliant team of dedicated agents. But nothing beats the moment we hand over the keys on moving day – it’s the best part of the job.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me walking my dog Milburn (named after my original company before we merged). I also love getting out to beautiful Nejra, Spain every year and enjoying time with my wife and family.
