Hey, I’m Ricardo. I’ve been in the property world for two and a half years, and I got into this business because I knew there had to be a better way to serve people during such a major life move. I love being able to offer clients a high level of care, transparency, and focus; especially when they’ve had bad experiences with agents in the past.
Outside of property, I’m really into basketball and play guitar in my spare time. I work closely with my partner Sophia (who’s also an agent), and we share our home with Hercules; our lively dog who keeps life interesting and always brings good energy to the day.
Our approach is very client first. People often tell us how much they value our communication and personal touch throughout the process. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all service, we make sure every client feels fully supported, every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Sophia. I’ve been working in the property industry for just over two and a half years, and what I love most is being able to guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with genuine care and attention. Helping clients feel supported and informed while selling their biggest asset is something I take a lot of pride in.
Outside of work, music is a huge part of my life, I love singing and playing the piano whenever I get the chance. I also perform at weddings, events, and in church from time to time, which keeps me creatively fulfilled. I share my life with my partner Ricardo (who’s also an agent) and our dog, Hercules, who brings a lot of joy and personality to our everyday life.
Clients often say they appreciate how communicative and approachable we are. We really focus on tailoring our service to each individual, making sure no one ever feels like just another transaction.
